The movie Coneheads came to my attention lately. Neither Alison nor Michael had seen it and I was telling them what a great movie it was. We couldn't watch it on the TV while they were here but after they left I found it on HBO in my phone (we get it for free) and finished watching it last night. I'm taking piano practice much more seriously this week. Putting in the time and staying put on the bench. Usually I play for a few minutes and then get up and do something else for a while and then come back later. Not consistent. On a given day I might not get through all my songs - or even sit down to practice at all. But I'm trying now to stay ( Read more... )

I did get the go ahead to say goodbye to the arimidex breast cancer med yesterday. I'm going to try and keep a close watch on myself now to see if I actually do feel any better. Not much going on today. Sebastian is taking my car to go to his flying lesson. I'm staying home all day. Probably work on painting dot mandala rocks and practice piano. I got a couple new songs to work on.

I wrote down my food yesterday and made an effort to keep within the calories that Fitness Pal said I should. I had been keeping track of my food with FP last year but just got tired of it at one point. All that attention to FOOD. Blaa.
